Lay-Bye 3 Months At Side Step Stores
The lay-bye period falls over three (3) months. EXCLUDES ANY PROMOTIONAL ITEMS/SALE ITEMS.
Provide your ID/driver’s license and contact details to get started. Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to lay-bye and ensure the correct sizes are stipulated. Sale items are not available for lay-bye.
Pay a minimum of 30% deposit
A minimum of 30% deposit is required and the outstanding amount is to be paid in full over the next two (2) months. Note: full payment must be received within a three (3) month period from the date of purchase. Keep your receipts safe for collection date.
Collect your items!
Once the 3 month lay-bye period has been completed and full payment has been made, collection may be made. To ensure speedy assistance, please provide your payment receipts and ID/driver’s license for verification. Congrats! You are now the proud owner of some awesome new fashion gear!
You will need your original lay-bye till slip to make a payment. When you make your last payment, you must have the original copy of your till slip or your ID/driver’s license. If you can’t collect your lay-bye, then whoever goes on your behalf will have to provide a letter or copy of your ID as confirmation that they will be collecting it for you.
You will need to provide the original lay-bye till slip or proof of your identity. If you no longer have your original till slip, bring a copy of your ID/driver’s license. Only the till slip holder can cancel a lay-bye refund.You, the cashier and the manager will then have to sign the refund documents. You will receive a full refund on all the money you’ve paid on a cancelled lay-bye.
Side Step will accept returns within sixty (60) days of purchase. The goods must be in their original shop purchased condition with swing tags attached along with the till slip indicating proof of purchase.
