Side Step and adidas are calling all sneakerheads to step up and stand out in the #OriginStories competition.
Buy any pair of adidas sneakers at Side Step, scan the code in-store or via social media, and you could be one of three winners to score x12 pairs of adidas sneakers (one for every month of the year) plus a custom sneaker trunk by Samurai Farai—a true collector’s dream (to the value of R50 000.00)

- Buy any pair of adidas sneakers at Side Step online or instore.
- Scan the QR code in-store or via our social media pages.
- Whatsapp an image of your till slip or online invoice to the #OriginStories Whatsapp line here.
- Follow the prompts and you are in.
Terms & Conditions
- The #OriginStories adidas competition is run by Side Step (Studio 88 Group of Companies) and is open to residents of South Africa only.
- The competition starts on 5 August 2025 and closes on 12 September 2025.
- The winners will be announced on 16 September 2025 via Side Step’s official social media platforms.
- To enter, customers must purchase any pair of adidas sneakers in-store or online at Side Step.
- After purchase, customers must scan the QR code in store or on Side Step’s official social media posts, and submit their entry via Whatsapp with the required details.
- No minimum spend is required beyond the purchase of a single pair of adidas sneakers.
- Please note entries are not valid on Sale items.
- Only three winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:
- Twelve (12) pairs of adidas sneakers (one pair per month for a year)
- One (1) custom sneaker trunk designed by Samurai Farai
- Winners will be contacted directly via the contact information provided upon entry.
- Once contacted winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If winner does not respond, Side Step holds the right to choose another winner.
- Winners must present a valid South African ID, driver’s license, or passport to claim their prize.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion is not open to employees of the Studio 88 Group of Companies or their immediate families.
- Side Step reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
