What is your return policy?
Side Step stores may accept returns within sixty (60) days of purchase. The goods must be in their original shop purchased condition with swing tags attached along with the till slip indicating proof of purchase.
What if the item I purchased is has a quality defect?
You may return the defective item within six months of its purchase, along with the till slip and receive a refund. Or Side Step will send the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement thereof.
Where does Side Step get their branded products from?
Side Step stores receive stock directly from the actual brands. We do not sell, promote or participate in any form of counterfeiting and strongly urge the public to report such cases to the local SANPS.
